Dinner: Carrickdale Hotel & Spa | 4 Star Spa Hotel in Dundalk - I had the chicken curry which was like an Indian curry and Stephanie had the steak. The portion sizes were fantastic.
Preshow cocktail: Hotel in Dublin City Centre Near O'Connell St. | Belvedere Hotel (belvederehoteldublin.com) - We got to Dublin early so decided a preshow cocktail was a must and the Belvedere Hotel was just across the road the Belverdere College where the show was. We had a Rhubarb gin with lemonade and it was delish. This was my first time in the hotel and WOW it was FABULOUS.
Castle String Quratet
Walking into the venue was breathtaking with the hundreds of lit candles followed by the talented ladies from Castle Strings. Castle Strings is made up of four amazing women, three on violin and one on chelo. The performance lasted one hour and what an amazing hour it was, song after song I was blown away. They invited the audience to sing along which made it so much more fun, though singing alone when I had s singer next to me was not easy as I don't have a note in my head lol. The ladies preformed golden oldies and new Taylor songs which great... I was living for Wildest Dreams, Lover, Lover Story and every other one.
